Yates Gear Ladder Carabiner
The Yates Gear Ladder Carabiner is a high strength "Hot" forged aluminum alloy carabiner. Designed for Fire Rescue and Rigging use.
This is the first ladder hook style carabiner for fire service use that meets the stringent ANSI Z359.12-2009 standard for connectors. "Ultra-Safe" three stage autolocking gate mechanism allows for 3600 lbf. (16kN) gate side load strength.
Gate open strength 3150 lbf. (14kN). Minimun Tensile strength 9,450 lbf. (42 kN). Comes with removable captive pin to secure carabiner to ladder belt or harness A-frames.
