The EL-FHT Fire Hose Tester, an electric powered hydrostatic test pump offering 3 GPM up to 500 PSI.
Designed to safely test fire hose up to 6″ in diameter. Triplex ceramic plunger pump with an inner oil bath, ensuring long life and increased stability. Heavy duty manifold with TWO independently controlled stainless steel ballvalves.
NO WILD LINES – unique to the RICE Hydro line of fire hose testers, a ballvalve strategically placed on the inlet piping allows the user to fill with “LARGE VOLUME at LOW PRESSURE” and test with “LOW VOLUME at HIGH PRESSURE”, eliminating the elements that may cause wild lines. Virtually indestructible, enclosed in a rugged roll cage of welded heavy gauge steel. “Built to Suit” special order and custom options are available to fit your specific testing needs.

Fire Hose Restraint (LINECAGE-1):
Rice Hydro introduces a brand new safety secure and anchoring device for use in fire hose testing. The Linecage was designed by a Fire Captain, with the safety and well being of his fellow firefighting brothers in mind. Protect yourself and your brothers with the new Rice Hydro Linecage safety anchor and securement device.

- Meets NFPA 1962 7-6.2.6 requirements of Securing and Anchoring the fire hose while being tested.
- Heavy gauge welded steel frame, powder coated
- Locking hitchpins enclose and secure hose to Linecage
- Quick links installed for quick and easy ANCHORING of Linecage
- Safety limits the mobility of line when rupture occurs
- The Linecage is designed with multiple locking holes to accommodate various hose sizes.
- Stops a burst or ruptured line from retracting beyond the location of the tool, which should be placed approximately 2 FEET from the distal end of hose line.
Fire Hose Tester Pressure Wand (FHWA1):
Ideal for Haz-Mat and contaminated equipment wash down. Strong cleaning power at 500 PSI, yet soft enough to offer less risk for damage of department decals or custom paint jobs.
