The Continental G-Flex Washer-Extractors are the most advanced hard-mount washers that generate extract speeds reaching 200 G-force, offer a highly programmable control and deliver superior results using less water and energy.



HIGH-SPEED EXTRACT IMPROVES PRODUCTIVITY
G-Flex Washers generate extract speeds of 200 G-force, while most other hard-mount washers only reach speeds of 75-150 G-force. As extract speeds increase, so does the amount of moisture removed from every load during extract. In turn, loads take less time to dry, which improves productivity, reduces dryer usage and cuts natural gas consumption.

PROGRAMMABLE EXTRACT SPEEDS
G-Flex Washers deliver the flexibility of six programmable extract speeds, including 100, 140 and 200 G-force. G-force extract speeds can be adjusted to meet most laundries' specific foundation requirements. Not all on-premise laundries have the 8-inch concrete foundation required to operate a 200 G-force hard-mount washer. The G-Flex can operate on a lesser foundation by adjusting G-force extract accordingly. Programmable G-force is critical when installation variables are not ideal.

LOGI PRO CONTROL
Superior programmability means laundries can properly clean a variety of fabrics and load types depending on specific laundry needs. The highly flexible Logi Pro Control offers 25 individually modifiable programs - each with up to 11 baths, including multiple pre-wash, wash and rinse cycles. The Logi Pro delivers up to six programmable water levels; a delayed start and rinse option; overnight soak; variable wash action; programmable extract speeds, including zero rotation; programmable compartment flush times up to 99 seconds and optional double flush; temperature controlled fill up to 194 degrees; and timed chemical dosing by the second. To ensure optimum efficiency and results, the Logi Pro Control, incorporates a water and chemical adjustment feature. The user simply selects the size of the load - 1/4 load, 1/2 load, 3/4 load or full load. The control will automatically adjust the amount of water and chemicals according to the selected load size - a feature that saves valuable water and chemicals!

AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL INJECTION
G-Flex Washers offer two means of dispensing chemistry - manually, using a top-mounted dry and liquid chemical dispenser, or automatically, via chemical injection. The top-mounted chemistry dispenser features up to four compartments - one for wash, one for optional pre-wash and two for liquid only bleach and sour/neutralizer products. A powerful compartment flushing system (optional) reduces maintenance by thoroughly cleaning each compartment after every cycle. Automatic liquid chemical injection, on the other hand, not only ensures a consistent clean with every wash, it eliminates the possibility of chemical overuse and resulting damage to fabric due to operator error.

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Packed with green-engrained features, G-Flex Washers feature a sump-less design, which saves up to three gallons of water with each fill. The exclusive AquaFall system further conserves water. AquaFall releases water into each load through holes in the drum lifters for better saturation and rinsing. In turn, laundries conserve water and save in water heating costs. The GFlex AquaMixer system mixes hot and cold water to achieve precise bath temperatures - minimizing hot water consumption

Please forward this information to the proper department/people so they are aware of what to do when the shipment arrives.

Due to the size, damages can occur on the inside of the packaging, due to improper handling by the carrier. Please BE AWARE upon arrival that there may be possible damage even if the basic packaging looks to be in good condition.

Please inspect all items & all sides in your shipment before you sign the truck driver’s delivery tablet/receipt. Packaging should be fully opened to view all sides of shipment. You have 30 minutes to do this before extra charges are added as the driver cannot be detained for hours while you raise/use item(s). If the truck driver refuses full inspection, do not sign the delivery tablet/receipt and ask to speak with the local freight terminal manager. Ask them to mark as damaged stating inspection was not allowed or refuse the shipment completely.

If the contents are in good condition, sign and date the driver's delivery tablet/receipt

If the contents/packaging is damaged, WRITE on the delivery tablet/receipt "DAMAGED" and as much detail(s) of actual damage; sign/date.

Accept any undamaged shipments when possible and only refuse damaged packages. The driver should give you a copy of the delivery receipt for your records.

Please contact us for further assistance before the driver leaves. If the shipment is damaged and the delivery receipt has been signed clear without any notation of damage, any possible rights to full payment on the freight claim are void.

The factory will not and cannot pay for freight company damages.
